Cantina Design Team: The Hive Mind
On top of 40+ hours of client work, I led a weekly design meeting where Cantina designers, developers, and others came together to teach each other and learn from each other. Each week, a new person would present to the group on a topic they find interesting, client work they need help with, or a subject they want to educate us on. It was my role to facilitate these meetings, organize and schedule the presenters, author a weekly newsletter and archive all presentations on an internal website I created. When managing a design meeting every week on top of 40+ hours of client work, you’ve got to stay organized! I am obsessed with staying on top of things, so I created this colorful content calendar to keep track of every design meeting. It captures, holidays, PTO time, along with every design meeting theme, presenter, role of the committee, and even the Zoom links for the archive!
