Sportivity: Website Design & Illustration
Sportivity is a freelance UX project I worked on with an old coworker. The site is still in beta, but when it is launched, it will be a way for players (all ages) or coaches to organize start up sports teams in the Boston area. The players will create user profiles, and can use a faceted search to find any/all games they're interested in. Coaches can create games, find players, and post their team statistics.
My role in the launching of this site is UX/visual design. I helped the team with design decisions, flow, font size, etc.
Check out this intro video we created! I illustrated all the characters, and helped with the flow of the images! We are very proud.
A very rough wireframe I created to show the team
The homepage! We struggled with how much content to show here, but the four pathways for four different user types seemed to be the best design
Here's a shot of an interior page. This is the user's "wall" where he can leave comments for others to reply to
Here's another super sketchy wireframe I showed to the team. I created these in Paper on my ipad. The idea was just to sketch out possible homepage ideas
